Shipping Information & Return Policies

We offer Free Shipping for all orders within the continental U.S.

We ship via UPS Ground. Packages normally take 5-6 working days to arrive, once they leave the warehouse. (see map below)

Most orders ship out from the warehouse within 3 days. (excluding weekends and holidays)

Orders Shipping Outside the continental U.S. to Alaska, Hawaii or Military Addresses

A $5 shipping fee is applied. And will ship via U.S. Postal Service.

If your order needs to be shipped to a P.O. Box there is a shipping charge of $5.




Package tracking:
If you ordered over the internet and provided an email address, the UPS tracking information and scheduled delivery date will be sent to you by UPS. (Please allow 2 business days to receive your email from UPS)

Please note: If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date please leave a note with instructions for the UPS delivery Man as to where to leave it. (maybe at a neighbors house if you do not want to leave it outside) UPS will only attempt to deliver it 3 times before shipping it back to us. UPS phone # is (1 800 742-5877)

If your order is being shipped US Mail there is no package tracking

Best Patio Furniture Covers.com ships to all of the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and additional fee's may be applicable. It is important to note that U.S. Postal service packages are untraceable. We do not ship to out of the USA to foreign addresses. Nor can we accept foreign credit cards.

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, If you have a P.O. Box listed as your ship to address it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. (please note: this may delay the shipping time)

Overnight, Two-Day, Third Day Shipping, please contact us as shipping and handling will vary. Please provide the shipping address and items you want to order.

Orders within the continental U.S. are sent via UPS Ground by default. Orders shipped beyond that realm default to U.S. Postal Mail.

All orders are processed within 24hrs. and shipped UPS Ground Excluding Weekends and Holidays. However, we are required to ask that you wait 7-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.

*Please be advised that mail order items do not incur taxes unless you are ordering from our home state of California.

Returns and Exchanges

Include this form inside box with all returns – You may use this form and indicate exactly what you would like to exchange item(s) for or if you are returning for credit.  Please include Ship to name on order. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

·         Returned items may not used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. 

·         Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving and in the original bag or packaging for an even exchange or full credit.  You may use a different exterior box to ship in if you prefer.

·         Items returned within 15 to 30 days or not in original bag or packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Merchandise will not be accepted back after 30 days.

·         Customer will be responsible for any item sent back inappropriately or that does not meet exchange or return requirements.

 

Return Shipping

When returning an item we suggest you use a traceable form of shipping whether it's by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is the customer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Customer is responsible for all costs and will need to authorize the shipping charge to your card or send payment for us to ship the exchange back to you.

·         General merchandise exchanges will be subject to the actual shipping cost for exchange.

·         Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges or credits.

·         Returns will be credited back to the card it was charged on.  Credit will be for merchandise only and will not include our original cost for shipping.

If you have received an item that was damaged, defective or not what you ordered please call Monday - Friday during the hours of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm California time or email us.  Please do not return items that were damaged, defective or not what you ordered without first contacting us.  If merchandise is received damaged please save any boxes for possible inspection by UPS.
